The Colorado Board of Nursing (CO) is in the beautiful capital of Denver, Colo. They are a large and active board that is easy to work with and to contact. They are also one of the nurse compact license states which makes travel much easier in and out of the state.
If you live in Co and have your license there, you can travel to other compact states and work on that license. If you have a compact license from another state, you can work in Col. on that license. This gives you lots of options for travel nursing.
The online services for the licensing board are extensive. They offer an application process, license renewal, license verification, contact info, education, rules and regulations. They are very easy to work with online and have several ways to contact them.
They also offer services for CNA, LPN and psychiatric techs and you will contact them for those services as well.
