The Pa. State Board of Nursing is in Harrisburg, Penn. Their website offers information on the application process, online renewal, rules and regulations, the nurse practice act, and contact info. They also regulate practical nurses, certified registered nurse practitioners (and prescriptive authority) and the dietitian/nutritionist. Pennsylvania doesn't participate in the compact nurse license, so you will need a Pa. license to work in the state.
