The Pa. State Board of Nursing is in Harrisburg, Penn. Their website offers information on the application process, online renewal, rules and regulations, the nurse practice act, and contact info.
They also regulate practical nurses, certified registered nurse practitioners (and prescriptive authority) and the dietitian/nutritionist.
Pennsylvania doesn't participate in the compact nurse license, so you will need a Pa. license to work in the state.

Pennsylvania is the home of important American history events such as the signing of the US Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.
See Gettysburg, Valley Forge, the Delaware River, Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell - so much of American history starts in Pennsylvania.
The big cities offer all of the usual highlights - great shopping, theater, fine dining, museums and nightlife. All are waiting for the traveler who enjoys the thriving city life.
If you prefer a slower pace, you may want to consider a step into one of the smaller communities. The Amish are prevalent in Pennsylvania and their communities are easily accessible. Enjoy the fine German cooking or artwork.
